Stage 1: Get Clear on Your Book Idea

~ Define your why - Are you writing to inspire, educate, entertain, motivate, or build your brand? Your purpose will shape your entire writing journey. Identify your target reader ~ Who needs or wants this book? Understanding your ideal reader helps you write with intention and impact.
~ Clarify your core message or story - What is the one thing you want your reader to walk away with?
~ Choose your genre and tone -Will it be practical and professional? Light and funny? Emotional and raw?
~ Create a rough book title or working title - A placeholder title keeps your focus sharp and your idea grounded.
